Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find significant factors to address and enhance the measures for revisitation to nail shop. This thesis adopt Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a research method to find significant factors. AHP was developed to optimize decision making when one is faced with a mix of qualitative, quantitative, and sometimes conflicting factors that are taken into consideration. This thesis used AHP to measure relative priorities of 4 important factors and 15 sub-factors. Each factor was described based on literature review on revisitation factors related to the nail service and Experts interviews. According to analysis through AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method that was used in priority order decision, 4 variables (physical factor, political factor, technical factor, staff service factor) were extracted at 1 step and so were 15 sub-variables drawn by each 1 step variable in 2 step analysis. Conclusively, 4 variables included in high position 30% among 15 sub-variables in total complex weight and priority order by each step were investigated into supplying design suitable for customer, techniques, directing trend style, communication ability.
